25th September… Yup, today’s my birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! And I don’t want to go to bed without thanking God for my life.
Father God, thank You for another year. Thank You for giving me life on earth and for eternity. Thank You for not giving up on me and believing in me when I myself can’t. You know deep inside my heart all I want to do is please You, to love and worship You and serve You all my days. Sadly, I still fail every now and then… I still grieve Your heart. Please forgive me. Don’t lose Your grip on me, I pray.
It’s been an amazing XX years thus far and I look forward to more glorious years ahead together with You. These may be cliches but I want to continue to:
- Love. Invest. Forgive. Enjoy. LIFE
- Earn more. Save more. Give more. (Thank You for this capacity)
- Let my life count for eternity
- Run this race strong for You and the people who are following me, persevering til the end
- Appreciate what You’ve done for me by giving my best for You, pouring out my life as an offering
I can never thank You enough but THANK YOU for being so close to me than my very breath. I love You with my all, Daddy God.
